My name is Evan Francis and I am currently a Senior at Siena College studying Economics with a focus in Environmental Studies. A course that I'm involved with this semester is G.I.S. Applications, the primary reason for the creation of this blog. During this course of this class I'll be working on a final project for the class that entails me working with a client, either from Siena or outside organization, where I'll develop a professional working relationship with the them as I create a map for their organizations use that provides the most utility to the users. The project will come to a close at the end of the fall semester where I'll present the finalized product to the client as well as to my fellow students and professor.
